Global fiduciary services provider Vistra has made three appointments and promotions to its senior management team in Jersey.

Kieron Mahon has joined Vistra as operations Director, and subject to regulatory confirmation, board member of Vistra Jersey Limited whilst Catherine Illien was promoted to finance director and Smoden Chimbalu promoted to director of commercial real estate and capital markets and board member of Vistra Fund Services Limited.
