Global fiduciary services provider Vistra has launched a loan administration services offering as part of its global capital markets business.

The launch of Loan Market Solutions coincides with Navita Yadav, global head of capital markets, relocation to London.

Over the last two decades, Ms Yadav has driven revenue growth and profitability of capital markets and financial services businesses in Asia and Europe.

She has spent the past 10 years leading the development of an integrated platform to facilitate debt capital markets, securitisation and private debt businesses for Vistra.
