Will PwC’s flexible work policy really lead to a better work-life balance?

PwC has announced plans to allow its 22,000 UK employees greater flexibility in their working patterns.

Employees will be able to continue working from home, with an expectation that people will spend an average of 40-60 percent of their time “co-located" with colleagues, either in PwC offices or at client sites.
