International law firm Withers has hired charity law and philanthropy specialist Philip Reed as a partner in its London office. 

Mr Reed has joined the firm's charity team from Farrer & Co, where he was counsel in the firm's charity & community team, working with domestic and foreign clients of all sizes, including major national groups.
