Withers launches a "new approach to separating in the 21st Century"

International law firm Withers has launched a new separation model for couples in England and Wales to deal with finances and children that can be conducted remotely.

The firm said the new approach takes the best bits of the court and out-of-court systems and represents the couple together with no other legal advisers required. The new approach is designed to remove the confrontational friction created by two opposing legal teams, as well as keeping couples out of the clogged-up family courts and, in the current circumstances, can be carried out by video-con or phone and email.
