International law firm Withers is looking to grow the firm’s global private client and tax offerings with the establishment of a new presence in Texas. 

The practice will be led by Houston-based partner Kevin T. Keen, who joined the firm earlier this year and is qualified in and maintains an active practice throughout both Texas and Florida.

Withers said the expansion into Texas was a "natural extension of the firm’s robust capabilities across the United States" and will offer services relating to US and cross-border tax, estate and trust, and mobility matters.
