Withers strengthens banking and finance practice with hire

Withers has hired banking and finance special counsel Xanthe Lok to its London office. Ms Lok joins the firm from Gowling WLG, where she was a senior member of the banking team, advising on corporate and real estate finance transactions, usually with a cross-border element.

Ms Lok focuses on advising borrowers, including public and private companies, trustees and private individuals, on new corporate facilities, re-financings, restructurings and ancillary facilities in a broad range of industry sectors and on real estate finance transactions (both investment and development) in relation to commercial and high-end residential proper...
