With the season set to end on Sunday, new research by Newcastle property developer StripeHomes has revealed the performance of house prices in every postcode that is home to a Premier League Club since the season started in August last year.
On average, house prices surrounding Premier League stadium have climbed by seven percent during the season.
The WV1 postcode, home to Wolves’ ground Molineux, saw the largest growth with property values climbing up 21 percent since August.
