Women now make up 48 percent of UK buy to let investors

Women now account for 48 percent of the total 2.7 million buy to let investors in the UK, up from 46 percent in 2015/2016, according to London estate agent ludlowthompson.

The number of female residential property landlords has now reached 1.3 million, a 14 percent increase from 1.1 million in 2015/2016.
