A third of British adults feel anxious towards maths, KPMG research finds

Over a third of adults (35 percent) say that doing maths makes them feel anxious, while one in five (20 percent) are so fearful it even makes them feel physically sick, according to new research from KPMG UK and charity National Numeracy.

Last Wednesday (17 May) marked the sixth National Numeracy Day – an annual campaign set up by both organisations that aims to inspire everyone to have the confidence and skills to work with and understand numbers.
