Jersey-based wealth management firm Affinity Private Wealth has completed on the acquisition of Pinnacle Trustees Limited - an independent provider of corporate, fiduciary and trust services.

The combined business has over 50 staff, serving in excess of 350 clients globally.

This transaction has been financed through the support of existing and new shareholders, in conjunction with senior debt from Investec Bank. At the same time, Affinity said that there is no private equity involved, “...
