Draft bill indicates Germany’s plans to impose sanctions on EU 'tax blacklist' jurisdictions

Germany's Federal Ministry of Finance has published draft legislation which introduces powers to impose sanctions on business relationships and shareholdings of residents of countries on the European Union's tax ‘blacklist’, otherwise known as its list of non-cooperative states for tax purposes.
