International professional services provider, Equiom, has acquired HOLT consultancy, a professional compliance and risk management service provider based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

HOLT consultancy is Equiom’s second acquisition in the UAE, following the partnership formed with the Links Group in September 2016, and further widens Equiom’s offering and reach in the region.
