FTSE 100's highest paid CEO rewarded with bumper pay rise

Astrazeneca’s latest annual report has showed that its chief executive Pascal Soriot was paid £16.9 million in 2023 – a £1.6 million increase on his 2022 pay package of £15.3 million.
In 2022 Mr Soriot was the highest paid chief executive by over £4.5 million according to the High Pay Centre's research into FTSE 100 CEO pay 2022/23....
