Accountancy firm haysmacintyre has appointed Kay Mind and Stephanie Parker as directors to the private client and trusts team.

Ms Mind joins the team from Kreston Reeves where she was director of private client and trusts for 10 years.

In her new role, she will be advising non-resident and non-domiciled individuals moving to the UK, and non-resident trustees on the complexities of UK tax legislation and the implications for UK resident settlors and beneficiaries of offshore trusts. In addition, she will assist clients with estate administration and in obtaining probate.
