How UK surrogacy law is forcing couples abroad

Many hoped 2019 would be a significant one for family law reform – an area which many argue is in desperate need of modernisation. However, new legislation such as the Domestic Abuse Bill and the Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Bill, which would see the introduction of no-fault divorce, are now under threat due to the current political climate. There are fears these Bills could fall victim to Brexit, with many waiting with bated breath to see what happens next.
