2019 eprivateclient Top Trust Company, IQ-EQ, has hired Ad de Beer, who joins the firm as group general counsel and a member of the group’s executive leadership team.  

Mr de Beer has worked at financial, fiscal and legal professional intermediaries and regulators across Europe and Asia and over a 30-year professional career has held a number of senior and executive positions that provide him with a depth of relevant experience for this role.
