Jersey-based law firm Oben Law has appointed Greg Herold-Howes as an associate.

An experienced litigator and non-practicing English solicitor, Mr Herold-Howes joins the firm from Viberts, where he has worked since 2012. In his practice, he deals with a wide variety of instructions, including commercial disputes, crime, insolvency, trusts, estate issues, construction law and family matters and has a particular interest in planning matters.

Mr Herold-Howes also has experience in criminal litigation and has assisted in a number of high-profile criminal cases before the Jersey Royal Court.
