Jersey Finance has appointed Mihaela (Ella) Moldoveanu and Faizal Bhana in its Dubai office to meet the growing opportunities in the Gulf and wider region.

Ms Moldoveanu will be responsible for the Gulf region markets which are presenting opportunity for Jersey at present.

She has been based in Dubai for five years and in Kabul for the four years prior to this, and is fluent in six European languages. Ms Moldoveanu joins from the Dubai International Finance Centre’s (DIFC) Dispute Resolution Authority, where she was an associate director. Prior to this, she was a senior manager at the DIFC Wills Service Centre.
