Jersey-based law firm Oben has appointed Mikie Tilbury as a senior manager in the firm’s regulatory practice.

With 16 years’ financial regulatory compliance and operational risk experience in the jurisdiction, Mr Tilbury joins the firm from the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC). Here he worked as a supervisor within the Relationship Managed Supervision units for five years, where he covered fund services business, AIF services business, trust company business and investment business.
