Offshore law firm, Bedell Cristin, has appointed Tim Pearce as its global managing partner from 1 September 2019, succeeding David Cadin.

Mr Pearce joined the firm in 2003 and since then has played a key role in leading some of Bedell Cristin’s highest-profile corporate finance and real estate finance transactions and has been instrumental in growing the corporate team globally.

In addition to his client work, in recent years Mr Pearce has been actively involved in helping to manage the firm. He led the merger with Solomon Harris, which has given Bedell Cristin a significant presence in the Cayman Islands.
