Global financial services provider PraxisIFM Group has appointed Robert Fearis as chief executive.

He replaces Cees Krijgsman, who will return to Amsterdam to prioritise the development of corporate pension administration business InAdmin RiskCo.

Previously, Mr Fearis was group head of private client and corporate services, which represents over 60 percent of the group’s annual turnover.

A founder shareholder and part of the business since 1992, his practice covers a wide variety of structures for private and corporate clients and regulated financial services businesses.
