Seychelles IBC laws to be reviewed by OECD

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) will carry out a review later this year to test the effectiveness of financial services laws amended in the Seychelles last year relating to international business companies (IBCs).

Originally reported by the Seychelles news agency, the review will look to ensure that the financial sector of the Seychelles is complying with international standards for the exchange of information on tax matters relating to corporate products.
