Suntera Global has made its second Luxembourg acquisition of the year as it looks to further enhance its presence in the jurisdiction and strengthen its European platform.
Following the acquisition in August of Reference Financial Services SA (Luxembourg), Suntera Global has now signed an agreement to acquire fund and corporate services firm NeoTrust Fiduciary Luxembourg SARL (NeoTrust).
