Swiss authorities clamping down on trustees

The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority – FINMA – has published up to date information on the status of the licensing process and supervision for portfolio managers and trustees. FINMA has also set out a new approach to thresholds for operating as a trustee on a commercial basis.
