Trying to protect clients on divorce

The law is full of little pitfalls during divorce which clients can be oblivious to. At times like this during the divorce process, careful and considered advice is incredibly important. Of course, with some clients, challenges can arise where they don’t understand how these issues could particularly impact them, or worse, when they don’t like the advice and don’t want to follow it.
