Scottish law firm Morton Fraser has hired Norman Dalgleish, a former senior financial planner at Turcan Connell.

A chartered and certified financial planner, Mr Dalgleish joins the firm’s Edinburgh office as a wealth and pensions specialist. His appointment brings the number of financial advisers in the firm to four, reflecting the increase in investment advice that individuals are seeking.

Mr Dalgleish worked at Turcan Connell for over seven years and, prior to that, he also worked at MLP Private Finance, Aegon Asset Management and Scottish Widows Investment Partnership.
