The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has published the Federal Tax Authority’s (FTA) professional standards framework. 

Misconduct on the part of tax agents will result in 'black points'.

The points correspond to initial notifications from the agency and warnings and severe or repeated violations.

If enough points are accrued, the agent will be deregistered.
