Prime Minister Boris Johnson has announced that - following Russian aggression in Ukraine - the UK is sanctioning five Russian banks and three high net worth individuals - Igor and Boris Rotenberg, and Gennadiy Timchenko.
Speaking in the House of Commons, Mr Johnson said that any financial assets they hold in the UK will be frozen, and the individuals will be banned from coming to the UK.
