UK Immigration implications for high net worth individuals post Brexit

Following the invocation of Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty to leave the EU on 29 March 2017, the UK has started negotiating new relationships with the EU and its member states covering areas including immigration. 

In this article we consider how Brexit may affect high net worth individuals, both from the EU and outside of the EU, currently residing in the UK or wishing to relocate to the UK in the future.
