VG, a Jersey based provider of trust, corporate and fund administration solutions, has appointed Kevin Cooper as director of operations.

 Mr Cooper has had a 30 year long career, previously working at Nautilus Trust Company Limited for 11 years before subsequently  joining its 2016 acquirer First Names Group (now IQ-EQ), where he played a key role in integrating new teams following acquisitions and streamlining internal processes to improve productivity.
