International trust services provider Vistra has continued its recent M&A activity with the announcement of the acquisition of Intro International, a corporate services provider based in Singapore.

Intro International is a boutique participant in Singapore’s corporate services industry, providing corporate secretarial, accounting and tax compliance services.
