Following regulatory approval, private wealth, fund and corporate service provider Vistra has completed its merger with Tricor Group (Tricor), a business expansion specialist in Asia.
The combined business has over 9,000 staff in 50+ jurisdictions and Simon Webster, who joined Vistra in November 2022 as CEO, will be chief executive of the combined business.
