Global trust, fund administration and corporate services firm Vistra has completed the rebranding of Jordans Group, a UK-based provider of company formations, business information, legal and corporate services based in the UK.

The acquisition was first announced in December 2016.

Established over 150 years ago, Jordans Group comprised four companies: Jordans Limited, Jordans (Scotland) Limited, Jordans Corporate Law Limited and Jordans Trust Company.
