Winckworth Sherwood makes ecclesiastical partner promotion in Oxford office

Winckworth Sherwood has promoted ecclesiastical lawyer Darren Oliver to become a partner in the firm.

Previoulsy a senior associate in the firm’s Oxford office, Mr Oliver acts for ecclesiastical, educational and charitable bodies on a wide variety of niche property, constitutional and disciplinary matters.

He joined Winckworth Sherwood in 2009 as a legal assistant.

He is also registrar of the Diocese of Oxford and deputy registrar of the Diocese of Chichester advising bishops, clergy and other ecclesiastical bodies throughout Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Sussex on matters from burial and marri...
