Italian multinational advisory group Belluzzo International Partners has merged with Mercanti e Associati in Italy.
The combined firm will be named “Belluzzo Mercanti” in the domestic market and will bring the total number of professionals at Belluzzo International Partners to 73 worldwide.
The merger of the two practices creates an independent, international and multijurisdictional firm that will look to offer tailor-made services to a portfolio of clients in the areas of national and international tax systems, transfer pricing, wealth planning, trusts, generational changes alongside banking, finance, civil, commercial, company and real estate law.
Belluzzo International Partners is an independent, integrated and multidisciplinary firm that operates directly in London, Milan, Verona, Singapore and Lugano, and boasts international correspondents in over 100 countries worldwide. Mercanti e Associati is a renowned law and tax firm with offices in Milan and Verona.
The union has plans to grow significantly by combining the expertise in international wealth and tax from Belluzzo with the strong law practice in corporate, banking and real estate from Mercanti.
