Fortwell Capital, principal lender to UK real estate investors and developers, has bolstered its team with the appointment of Alternative Finance specialist, Florian Graham-Watson, as Associate Director. Florian brings extensive experience in Real Estate Finance, joining from London-based Finance boutique, Alvarium Investments, where he focussed on capital raising for UK and pan-European Real Estate strategies, and the structuring and execution of equity Real Estate credit investments

In his new role, Mr Graham-Watson will work alongside current Associate Directors, Nick White and Nikos Yerolemou, to source, underwrite, execute and manage new debt financing opportunities across all property sectors and UK regions. With the added expertise and experience, Fortwell Capital will be able to accelerate its growth by unlocking more funding opportunities with experienced investors and developers of Commercial, Residential and Alternative Real Estate, across the entire UK.
