Allfunds Group (“Allfunds”) the B2B WealthTech firm announces it has entered into an agreement to acquire instiHub Analytics (‘instiHub’), a specialist in management tools and data insight solutions for the asset management industry.

Allfunds’ existing data & analytics products including Telemetrics, a tool for fund houses and distributors that provides market intelligence to grow existing client’s flows, while instiHub provides a product range including a markets, ownership and holdings database and market insights that support trend analysis and distribution planning.
