Suntera Global has appointed Jon Trigg as a non-executive director to strengthen the firm’s governance capabilities.

He joins the board of the funds operation in Jersey.

Currently, Mr Trigg is a director at Altair Partners, which provides independent directors and governance consultancy services.

Mr Trigg was previously head of global fund services at Moore Management. Prior to this, he was in a senior private equity role at State Street in Jersey.

He has experience working in a number of key funds jurisdictions including Cayman, the Isle of Man and Jersey, locations where the firm also has an office presence and provides its fund administration offering.

In June, Suntera Global was granted its funds licence by the Jersey Financial Services Commission, a key strategic addition to its global proposition, enhancing the services offered to alternative fund managers across its network.
