Abrdn has said it will reduce the carbon intensity of its assets by 50 percent by 2030, the latest in a series of pledges from assets managers to align with COP26.
The firm also said that its own operations – not just its investment holdings – would also be operating with net zero emissions by 2040, a target it described as “ambitious”.
