Americans remain much more sceptical on ESG investing

Investors in the United States are becoming more sceptical of the performance argument for ESG investing, a new study suggests.

Bucking a global trend, 74 percent of American professional investors (down from 78 percent in 2019) thought ESG-integrated portfolios performed as well or better than traditional portfolios.
