Hundreds sent home from Canary Wharf in coronavirus scare

Hundreds of employees working in London's Canary Wharf banking hub have been told to quarantine themselves at home, after an employee reported suffering a flu-like illness.

The entire Canary Wharf-based team at Chevron (approximately 300 people) have been sent home from their office on Westferry Circus until test results can determine whether their colleague has coronavirus.
