Brooks Macdonald makes former trainee its CIO

Edward Park of Brooks Macdonald (BM) has been promoted to chief investment officer, replacing one of the firm’s founders, Richard Spencer, who will continue working with his clients as well as in an advisory capacity.

Mr Park has worked for BM since 2011 and was made its deputy chief investment officer in 2018, having worked his way up from his initial role as a trainee investment manager. He joined Brooks Macdonald straight from university.
