thewealthnet can today reveal a slew of new hires at UK private bank Brown Shipley, as well as the establishment of a new charities and philanthropy offering.
Chief executive Alan Mathewson said the new hires demonstrated a “significant upscaling of the bench”.
He added that Brown Shipley was working more closely with its parent, Quintet Private Bank, on moving the business forward – with a multi-pronged strategy which includes hiring, potential further acquisitions, diversity initiatives and a broadening of the bank’s offering.
