Brown Shipley hits first female representation target

Brown Shipley has achieved its initial target of 25 percent female representation in senior management.

The wealth manager signed up to the Women in Finance Charter in January 2018.

At that time, the firm had 18 percent female senior management representation. As of December 2020, female representation stood at 25.8 percent.

Brown Shipley’s female representation within its executive committee has risen from 12 percent in 2019 to 29 percent.
