Rehana Hasan

Brown Shipley has hired Tilney’s former group legal counsel, Rehana Hasan.

Ms Hasan becomes head of legal at Brown Shipley, reporting to Rachel Macfarlane, who heads legal for Brown Shipley’s parent, Quintet Private Bank. Ms Hasan also reports to Brown Shipley chief executive Alan Mathewson.
