C. Hoare & Co., the UK’s oldest privately owned bank, will be establishing a footprint in Cambridge, with a new office opening in the city at the end of March.
The new office will be the first beyond London in the private bank’s 350-year history.
The office will be based in Milton Hall, Cambridge and will initially be staffed by two employees, Peter Gale and Ellie Newell.
It will look to attract new customers in the Cambridge area, and will also enhance C Hoare & Co’s service for existing clients in the region, the bank said.
