Private investment manager Capital Generation Partners (CapGen) has appointed Ross Davies as partner and head of real estate.

Mr Davies joins CapGen from Capital Real Estate Partners LLP where he was an equity partner for seven years. Before this, he spent 13 years at Jones Lang LaSalle where he began as a graduate surveyor, eventually climbing the ranks to European director.
