Close Brothers Asset Management (CBAM) is opening a new office in Chester in the North West of England, as the firm looks to expand its presence in the region.
The office will be led by managing directors Helen Gerrard and Nick Jackson, who joined in July from Rathbones. They will be joined by new hire Ed Brown, who becomes assistant investment manager, also joining from Rathbones.
Ms Gerrard and Mr Jackson will support the growth of the firm’s bespoke investment management service, working closely with its financial planners, professional intermediaries and other private client advisers in the region.
