Concierge group signs contract with Chinese private bank

Ten Lifestyle Group, a concierge service provider for clients from the likes of Coutts, Citi and Investec, has signed a contract with China Merchants Bank (CMB) Private Bank.

The three-year contract will provide digitally-enabled travel and lifestyle concierge services to CMB’s Private Banking clients globally.

The service for CMB clients is expected to launch this month.

The contract will commence as a small contract (below £250,000) but is expected to grow into a medium contract (between £250,000 and £2 million) within 12 months and a large contract (over £2 million) in the coming years, Ten said.
